About Us

AGI KADAR

Agi is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise and Senior Exercise Specialist, A CHEK Certified Holistic Lifestyle Coach and a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner. She is also the published author of three books and several online courses. Her book: "Are You a Gym Mouse?" was recognized as top 10 finalist at the Author Academy Awards and won second place at the Reader's Choice Awards in the Health Category in 2018. Agi has years of success and experience motivating and inspiring people to move. She has been specializing in working with seniors to help them stay active, independent and have a better quality of life. Agi teaches several exercise classes to improve the participants' balance, strength and flexibility. She also teaches classes on fall prevention.

ELENA REMAIS

Elena Remais has been a Yoga and Pilates instructor for over 15 years. Her experience  includes working at a physical therapy studio in Scarsdale called Pilates, Therapy and  Wellness where she was trained in Pilates and schooled in Corrective Exercise. One of her  specialties is balance and agility training for seniors. Her latest interest is Barre, and she often teaches Barre-inspired Pilates classes.  Her Yoga training and experience is extensive having taught all levels including Power and  Strength Flow, Gentle, Restorative and Chair Yoga. She also has taught a Meditation and Mindfulness series. Her style is combination of Vinyasa Flow and Hathaway. Elena is also a personal trainer, Spin instructor, and teaches foam rolling and self-massage techniques
