She has been working with people of all ages and physical abilities, creating fitness plans that helped them reach their goals. Most plans include healthy eating and exercise,  She works to keep clients on track and motivated to reach their goals.

Agi is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise and Senior Exercise Specialist, A CHEK Certified Holistic Lifestyle Coach and a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner. She is also the published author of two books and several online courses. Her book: "Are You a Gym Mouse?" was recognized as top 10 finalist at the Author Academy Awards and won second place at the Reader's Choice Awards in the Health Category in 2018
