Agi has years of success and experience motivating and inspiring people to move. She has been specializing in working with seniors to help them stay active, independent and have a better quality of life. Agi teaches several exercise classes to improve the participants' balance, strength and flexibility. She also teaches classes on fall prevention.
Agi is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise and Senior Exercise Specialist, A CHEK Certified Holistic Lifestyle Coach and a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner. She is also the published author of three books and several online courses. Her book: "Are You a Gym Mouse?" was recognized as top 10 finalist at the Author Academy Awards and won second place at the Reader's Choice Awards in the Health Category in 2018.
I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle.
